How we do it

We dismantle the barriers to innovative, imaginative thinking and problem solving – compartmentalisation, fear of failure, predetermined outcomes.

We bring together carefully chosen groups of talented people from different disciplines, industries and sectors. We ask them what they want to do that they are not doing and who they would like to work with. We provide the safe space in which to experiment. We apply the right balance of freedom, support, structure and pressure. We expect results. We expect the unexpected. We call this process a PAL Lab.
